Affinitas Privacy Policy Affinitas Corporation ("Affinitas") is committed to protecting the personal information that is provided to us via telephone, mail, e-mail, Web site or otherwise. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully as it explains what information Affinitas collects about you and how we use your information collected. Please also be aware that Web sites operated by Affinitas subsidiaries each set forth their own privacy policies.

  • Use of Personal Information
    In connection with the operation our business, Affinitas may ask you to provide us with information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you ("Personal Information") when, among other things, you register to download materials, fill out a survey or application, or make a request for information. We will use the Personal Information that you provide us in these circumstances to operate the Affinitas Site, to satisfy Affinitas' legitimate business interests, such as customer analysis and internal marketing study and analysis, and to provide information that you request from the Affinitas Site ("Primary Use"). Affinitas is not responsible for unauthorized access to such information by hackers or others that obtain access through illegal measures, in the absence of negligence on the part of Affinitas.
  • Complaints
    If at any time you believe that we have acted contrary to this Privacy Policy, please notify us by e-mail at {} and we will take steps to investigate and will use reasonable measures to remedy the problem.
  • Disclosure for Legal Purposes
