In 1993 Jim founded a strategic marketing and management consulting firm that has evolved into what Affinitas is today, as the company has gradually expanded to include a full suite of direct marketing, customer care, traditional media, digital media, and contact center services. Jim holds himself responsible and accountable for the overall performance of Affinitas and the superior level of service and results that the company delivers to all of its clients. He is an involved and hands-on senior manager who will actively participate in client strategy development, and will review campaign results on an ongoing basis. Jim began his career in 1978 at DialAmerica Marketing, Inc. where he managed that company’s flagship operations center in Omaha, Nebraska. He also helped found TMI, transforming it into the nation’s sixth largest telemarketing firm. TMI subsequently merged with NeoData, transforming the consolidated company into the country’s largest call center and fulfillment operations firm, with Jim becoming General Manager and Senior Vice President for all of NeoData’s Telemedia services including inbound, outbound and customer service. His contact center expertise includes facility design, telephony, predictive dialing automation evaluation, recruitment, training/staff development, quality assurance, and TQM implementation. Jim has worked with premier clients from the publishing, insurance, financial, telecom and cable services sectors including Sprint PCS, Chase, FirstUSA, Wells Fargo, Time, Inc., Ziff-Davis Publishing, Meredith Publishing, Newfield Publications, Grolier, Highlights for Children, Reader’s Digest, Kraft General Foods, Citibank, PrimeStar, General Motors, MCI, New York Telephone, US West, IBM, Pulsar International, and virtually all major cable television companies. |

Dave has been with Affinitas since the company’s founding in 1993, and has more than 25 years of experience in law, accounting and tax consulting. His education includes an undergraduate degree in accounting from Creighton University and a law degree from the Creighton School of Law. He previously worked for international CPA firm Deloitte and Touche. Dave has taught business law, legal ethics, accounting and tax at the College of St. Mary in Omaha, Nebraska, and lectured in accounting at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He has been guest speaker on behalf of Morgan Stanley, A.G. Edwards, Piper Jaffrey and a number of local security dealers on taxation and related matters affecting investment, risk analysis and diversification. Dave has served on many local boards, including service organizations, charities and private schools. In his role with Affinitas, Dave serves as CFO and oversees finance, accounting, legal, and Human Resources. |

Steve has been with Affinitas since 1999, and is responsible for daily client relationship management, participating in new client acquisition, contracting and ongoing service delivery. His experience includes providing teleservices, database marketing, direct mail, and branding expertise to the technology, consumer packaged goods, telecom, cable, insurance and financial services industries for over 15 years. Steve has helped both small businesses and Fortune 1000 companies build effective strategies for sales and lead generation, cross-selling, retention and comprehensive customer relationship management, encompassing traditional and non-traditional media channels for business to consumer and business to business sectors. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from Iowa State University, and he is a graduate of the School for Executive Development at Arizona State University as well as a graduate of the School of Bank Marketing through the American Banking Association. Steve is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and the Cable and Television Advertising and Marketing Association (CTAM). |

Joni has been with Affinitas since 1994, and has over 20 years of operational/IT experience in the direct marketing industry. Her career began in 1980 at Mardex Corporation in the Inbound Division. During her time at Mardex, she was a supervisor managing both the phone room floor and quality control department. During her last year at Mardex, she became the client services manager for the Inbound Division. In her current role, Joni is responsible for analytical services, interactive software development, network administration and security, telesales application development, telecom systems and help desk. |

Ralph has been with Affinitas since 2008 and has nearly 30 years of experience in call center operations, including over a decade in the international arena. His industry experience includes financial services, telecommunications, cable, retail, and consumer products, with specific applications in direct sales, tech support, customer service, BPO and back office operations. Prior to joining Affinitas, Ralph was VP of Operations for a U.S. firm with call center operations in the U.S., Canada, Argentina and India, with staff of over 3,000. In his role with Affinitas, Ralph has responsibility for integration of Argentina contact center operations with domestic operations, as well as development and management of key client business in this strategic offshore facility for both domestic U.S. and European clients. |

Barbara has been with Affinitas since 1999. Prior to joining the Affinitas team, Barbara was with SITEL Corporation for 10 years and held a variety of domestic and international positions, including Director of Account Management, Training and Quality Assurance and Director of Business Development. Barbara has extensive experience working on projects for the financial, cable, insurance, healthcare and travel industries. While at Affinitas Barbara has led the successful ramp up and implementation of several large scale programs. Barbara is responsible for working directly with clients to manage program sales, forecasting, program implementation, profit performance, and to maintain and grow key executive relationships with clients. |

Frank has been with Affinitas since 2003 and brings over 20 years of direct marketing experience, having filled roles in corporate marketing and having spent nearly a decade with direct marketing agencies on Madison Avenue. Frank’s experience includes both consumer and business-to-business applications for several Fortune 500 clients and involves various industries such as publishing, high-tech, office equipment, pharmaceutical, residential telephone and Internet service, cable television, insurance, travel and hospitality, and not-for profit. He has worked with teams whose efforts have earned industry awards including the Direct Marketing Association’s Bronze Echo and the American Marketing Association’s Gold and Silver Effies. Frank leads the strategy building and creative development functions at Affinitas, as well as project management and campaign execution for several agency accounts. Frank has led teams in projects spanning direct mail, web/online, direct response TV, print advertising, call center, and alternative/awareness media. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Providence College and an MBA with a double major in Strategic Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies from the Stern School of Business at New York University. |
