James J. Schinco

President & CEO
In 1993 Jim founded a strategic marketing and management consulting firm that has evolved into what Affinitas is today, as the company has gradually expanded to include a full suite of direct marketing, customer care, traditional media, digital media, and contact center services. Jim holds himself responsible and accountable for the overall performance of Affinitas and the superior level of service and results that the company delivers to all of its clients. He is an involved and hands-on senior manager who will actively participate in client strategy development, and will review campaign results on an ongoing basis.

Jim began his career in 1978 at DialAmerica Marketing, Inc. where he managed that company’s flagship operations center in Omaha, Nebraska. He also helped found TMI, transforming it into the nation’s sixth largest telemarketing firm. TMI subsequently merged with NeoData, transforming the consolidated company into the country’s largest call center and fulfillment operations firm, with Jim becoming General Manager and Senior Vice President for all of NeoData’s Telemedia services including inbound, outbound and customer service. His contact center expertise includes facility design, telephony, predictive dialing automation evaluation, recruitment, training/staff development, quality assurance, and TQM implementation.

Jim has worked with premier clients from the publishing, insurance, financial, telecom and cable services sectors including Sprint PCS, Chase, FirstUSA, Wells Fargo, Time, Inc., Ziff-Davis Publishing, Meredith Publishing, Newfield Publications, Grolier, Highlights for Children, Reader’s Digest, Kraft General Foods, Citibank, PrimeStar, General Motors, MCI, New York Telephone, US West, IBM, Pulsar International, and virtually all major cable television companies.




Steve Gilbert

Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales
Steve has been with Affinitas since 1999, and is responsible for daily client relationship management, participating in new client acquisition, contracting and ongoing service delivery. His experience includes providing teleservices, database marketing, direct mail, and branding expertise to the technology, consumer packaged goods, telecom, cable, insurance and financial services industries for over 15 years.

Steve has helped both small businesses and Fortune 1000 companies build effective strategies for sales and lead generation, cross-selling, retention and comprehensive customer relationship management, encompassing traditional and non-traditional media channels for business to consumer and business to business sectors.

His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from Iowa State University, and he is a graduate of the School for Executive Development at Arizona State University as well as a graduate of the School of Bank Marketing through the American Banking Association.

Steve is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and the Cable and Television Advertising and Marketing Association (CTAM).




Ralph Bonaduce
Ralph Bonaduce

Vice President, International Services


Ralph has been with Affinitas since 2008 and has nearly 30 years of experience in call center operations, including over a decade in the international arena. His industry experience includes financial services, telecommunications, cable, retail, and consumer products, with specific applications in direct sales, tech support, customer service, BPO and back office operations.

Prior to joining Affinitas, Ralph was VP of Operations for a U.S. firm with call center operations in the U.S., Canada, Argentina and India, with staff of over 3,000. In his role with Affinitas, Ralph has responsibility for integration of Argentina contact center operations with domestic operations, as well as development and management of key client business in this strategic offshore facility for both domestic U.S. and European clients.
